Getting Oriented

Here is an outline of the most important places and tools as a producer.

Producer Dashboard

This is the main place you will edit your farmstand and listings. You can find this page by selecting the person icon in the top right corner then selecting the green “Go to Producer Dashboard” button.

Overview Tab

In your Producer Dashboard, this tab shows common Quick Actions, lets your make your farm stand Open Now, and has a checklist for new producers to finish farmstand set-up.

Listings Tab

In your Producer Dashboard, this tab shows all your draft and published listings. This is where you will go to add a new listing as well as view and edit current listings.

Farmstand Tab

In your Producer Dashboard, this tab allows your to update the basic information for your farmstand including bio, images, order approval, and location.

Settings Tab

In your Producer Dashboard, this tab allows you to update your farmstand name, products you plan to sell, where you sell from, information about you, payments, and prepaid credits

Interests & Pre-orders Tab

In your Producer Dashboard, this tab lets your view all your listings and shows a quick overview of interest and pre-order counts per product. Click “Edit Listing” to see more details interest and pre-orders per product.

Prepaid Credit Tab

In your Producer Dashboard, this tab is only available if you answered you would like to sell prepaid credits. This can be changed in your “Settings” tab. This tab allows you to add information about your credit and track purchases. These credits operate similar to a gift card and can be a great way to gift a loved one the opportunity for local produce, goods, or flowers!

Previously Sold Tab

In your Producer Dashboard, this tab lists all your archived products. This allows your to easily reactivate past listings. You must reactivate the product before your can edit it.

Farmstand Orders Tab

In your Producer Dashboard, this tab shows all previous orders, is where you will go to approve orders (if needed), and where you will mark orders as ready and complete. You can also see information about the buyer, the items purchased, the total, and the status.

Payments Tab

In your Producer Dashboard, this tab allows you to connect Stripe for card payments through the GreensShare website and include your Venmo information for easy payments.

Messaging

Messaging could be found by clicking on the message bubble icon in the top right corner. Here you will see current and past messages.
